1st. Place under 300hp CHE – Club Captain 17min.
1st Place under 200hp – WJZ Dale “Cut the Kerby” 18min
1st place under 100hp – Ryan “Sports POWer” 21min
1st place under Ultralight – Lyle “Just Pass – The – Field” (Quirindi) 24min
2x Gyro copters un-entered in their class

Eyes of a non-flyer

The Baron showed for breakfast with his Squaw, ate and ran.
The Cherokee won on the day, no competition there, as Matt Hall was a no-show.

The Archer, Cut Kerbs and still thought he was a winner.
The Sports Star had to rewind the elastic band and still came third.
The Wokka Wokka Gyros, stayed safely on the ground
The Little old Liddell ran out of steam but came 1st in its class.

The Interclub day started with brekky at 8.30am thanks to the Quirindi Aero Club for attending with
4 members, Chris, Lyle (Liddell), Tony (Gyro) and Lloyd.
The briefing was held at 9.15 am for the Interclub Precision Navigational Exercise and Emergency landing.
One plane landed in the Emergency Landing, and then Club Captain called it off due to Safety Issues.

A couple of private flights were taken to enjoy with family and friends.
After a magnificent lunch, a briefing was held for session 2 at 1.30 pm for Navigational Exercise and
Questionnaires.
This exercise took between 2-3.30 pm – Gunnedah and beyond with a diversion to a private
strip, then Spring Ridge, Premer, Mullaley and back to Gunnedah.
Return for a bit of hanger talk and set up for dinner, gave out the awards for the day and Club
Captain Sam and Gus were most excited about judging not just 1, but 3 Rocky Road entries plus 1
Magnificent Banana Caramel Bonnofee, Thank you to the Winner Jennifer and second place
Michelle.
