Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Gunnedah Aero Club Inc will be held at the Clubhouse of the Aero Club on Sunday,
October 27th, 2013 starting at 2pm.
All positions within the Club will be declared vacant and elections will be held.
Nomination for positions can be posted on the notice board in the Clubhouse or will be taken from the floor.
Only financial members of the Club are entitled to vote.
No proxy votes can be accepted.
