Changes planned from early May
We are making changes to the way in which we provide you with information related to aviation medicine from early May. This will see all existing aviation medicine content transferred from where it is currently located to sit within our main corporate website, casa.gov.au
While the site will look different to how it currently does, all of the information you access regularly will still be available. As part of this process we are reviewing all information to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant and to ensure that information is easy to find.
It is also important to note that the Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) and Designated Aviation Ophthalmologist (DAO) searches will continue to work as they currently do.
We will provide more specific information through alerts on the current site leading up to the transition and through direct communications following the launch of the new site.
For all inquiries concerning aviation medicine, please email email@example.com
What a great day!
Thanks to Captain Mike Barnier for organising a great day for the enthusiastic club members. Between 9.30 am and 10.30 am the aircraft departed for Inverell North airstrip, a private runway on the eastern side of Inverell.
Mike had organised transport to the Inverell RSM Club for lunch and then back to the airstrip to view our host Bob and Susanna’s collection of cars. Fantastic! The shed/hangar alone brought a tear to a few of the assembled enthusiasts.
Thanks to all for reinforcing why we love to fly.
